Given Facebook want $1b, in a world of relativist valuations, digg supposedly want at least $150m according to TechCrunch, with newscorp a looker but not necessarily a booker. Suffice to say there are alot of newscorp newspapers round the world that wouldn't mind some digg automagic.

TechCrunch : "However, the company was unable to land an offer in the price range they’re looking for - at least $150 million - and will likely close a Series B round of financing instead."
