While watching Ch7's hideous coverage of the Brownlow (the bruce-schwartz-ricky trifecta with demetriou on voice over is awful) I've been reading Dave McClure's hilarious and accurate post on why when you raise money, you need to give some to the lawyers so they can afford the triplicate copies of documentation you need to circulate. Google docs anyone ? There must be some way to sign documents in a "binding" way electronically ? Well hopefully at least in the future...
