Is it just me, and selective positive perception, but the pace of enterprise 2.0 M+A is increasing ? Demand buy Pluck.com for $75M; AOL buy Sphere for $25M; Now SixApart buy Apperceptive (interview here) who "develop web-based, social software and blog applications for Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, media companies and leading civil society organizations." Now part of this is the me2 glam crunchsugard federating consolidation happening in blog adnetworks, but heck according to Forrester, over on RRW, this is going to be a $4.6B industry : enterprise 2.0. How' them plastics ?
