Well Clicks and Bricks M+A back. Buy a semi-digital asset with a semi-sorta-not fit, and use scrip + cash to buy your way out of high valuation, one revenue stream and a precarious P/E. Larry or Sergey (Im not sure which because one was out of the room packing together some software to send out to customers) went to the circa 1999 designed dMarc website and read : "Upload creative with a mouse click. No audio to mail, no postage required. No risk of error inside the station. Want to send different spots to different markets? No problem. Need one spot to run heavier than another? We can do it."

Sergey : "Hey Larry. Come here. Look. No Hands ! I clicked and just bought a radio ad."

Larry : "No way, that's coooool"

Sergey "I want it."

Larry : "No, I want it."

Sergey : "Eric, we want this."

Eric : "Aren't you packing software and sending it out ?"

Larry : "I'm bored of that."

Eric : "OK, I'll get one of those banks that keep calling us to get the details."

Sergey : "Tell them we will only buy the company online through a reverse Dutch Auction."

Larry : "Yeah, and we won't deal with anyone without an engineering degree from Stanford."

(Eric leaves room)

Sergey : "So what are you doing today Larry ?"

Larry : "Oh, I don't know. I'm bored. I might drive around in my Stanford designed robot truck and run over Robin Williams. Just because he isn't mensa boy. duh"

Sergey : I'm going down to the Berkely Bio-Diesel Oasis to meet Adam Curry and go for a ride in Trinity. Doerr said we need to bolt a podcasting tool in so advertisers have got something to upload."
