Come down under Mr Winer. The Ferrari is waiting. We need to organise a keynote (like this one) and startup tour over our summer (Dec-Feb) - I like the beat of the True Podfathers drum which I hope infects more down under (we've got The Podcast Network, BlogHerald, Darren Rowse, the competitor to 37 Signals.. milk something ;) ? and many more startups), plus we're going to headhunt the Web 2.0 Father McDonalds (oops McManus over - who is really hitting the sweet spot as an analyst now !!! keep it up rich, but wasnt hotmail first mainstream webbased emails ? - The Email is 34 years old written by Gmail VP is kewl though.. but surely also preceeded by many others.. spk tomorrow btw)... Disruption happens also not just from having something that is absolutely new in an engineering sense : It's also new in that different geographic regions are disrupted by technologies which may have been developed 6-12-24 months ago. China is a good example of this, as is where I live Australia, which is only just starting to really publish case studies, metrics and success stories about blogs and podcasting.
